I have had the pleasure of working with Billie Ann and Welcome Home Realty for over 10 years now. I am a military member who purchased a property when I thought I was getting out. I chose to stay in and learned quickly that I needed expert help to manage the property as I got stationed all over the world.

Billie Ann and her team have truly proven themselves to be a critical part of my real estate investment strategy. With their guidance, I have grown my business and most importantly protected my investments with the help of their balanced approach to owner/tenant engagement.

Its obvious to me they are both parents and invested members of the community I grew up in. I appreciate their compassion and pragmatic approach to unexpected events in my tenants lives, while at the same time enforcing each detail of the rental agreement they’ve committed to.

One of the things I really expect of a property manager is to demonstrate a return on the % of my rents they are getting. Welcome Home does that in several ways. The obvious ones are marketing, screening, and interviewing possible tenants. Something I dint expect but have come to appreciate about Welcome Home is the value their extensive rolodex of contractors bring to the table. They do enough business with the contractors that I regularly get better prices than if I were to try and hire the contractor myself. This obviously doesn’t offset the cost of hiring a property manager, but it certainly helps.

Finally, and I think most importantly, Billie Ann and her team are just good down to earth people that feel like friends or members of the family. They know my family by name, they touch base on holidays, they give it to me straight when I need to hear something, and they back me off a rash decision if I haven’t thought about it enough. Their deep experience in the industry and community and impossible to replace and their character and integrity make it easy to trust them to represent me when I’m on the other side of the globe.
