Ian Davies

Ian has called the coastal Carolina’s his home since 2015. He is from Exton, PA and “across the pond”. His background in new construction, design, remodeling and home repairs makes him an asset to any home his clients set their eyes on or needs to sell. He has worked in the industry for over 22 years.

Ian is passionate about helping both families and individuals find their little slice of heaven. Attention to detail and his ability to understand his clients wants and needs, make him a valuable ally in your quest for the perfect place to call home.
