Billie Ann is the Owner and SC Broker-in-Charge of Welcome Home Realty. She invests time, energy and resources into all of her Realtors to ensure they are successful in providing individualized services to our clients. Billie Ann has a passion for making Welcome Home Realty the most attentive real estate company in the Coastal Carolinas by utilizing the latest technology in addition to tried-and-true methods of client relations.
She has extensive training, outside the required hours of Realtor training, which she uses to train her team. Billie Ann holds multiple designations in addition to the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors, the South Carolina Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and wants you to join our established team of Realtors and clients today.
Most recently Billie Ann has been nominated to sit on the South Carolina Realtor's Professional Standards Committee where she hears ethic violations.
