Hi, I’m Alicia Holmquist, a top-producing Myrtle Beach real estate agent proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout the Grand Strand and surrounding South Carolina and North Carolina markets. I relocated from New England to Myrtle Beach in 2020, started my real estate career in 2021 with zero local sphere, and built my business from the ground up—fast.
With 20+ years of experience in sales and customer service, real estate was a natural fit. I specialize in guiding first-time buyers, relocations, investors, and sellers, combining strong negotiation skills with clear communication and a data-driven approach to help my clients win in today’s market.
